The App allows group leaders, guides, teachers, or supervisors to detect nearby BlueTroop tags and receive notifications if a tag becomes missing or moves out of range.
The App may offer different feature plans, including free and paid versions.
2. Eligibility
BlueTroop may be used by individuals or organizations such as teachers, guides, activity leaders, or supervisors managing groups of people.
If the App is used by minors, it must be under the supervision and responsibility of an adult.
By using the App, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use BlueTroop only for lawful purposes.
You are responsible for:
- ensuring the correct use of Bluetooth tags
- verifying group members when using the App
- maintaining the security of your device
- supervising minors when using the system
BlueTroop is a support tool and should not replace proper supervision or safety procedures.
4. Bluetooth Tag Usage
BlueTroop relies on Bluetooth technology to detect nearby tags.
Bluetooth signals may be affected by factors such as:
- obstacles
- interference
- device limitations
- battery level of tags
Because of these limitations, detection accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
Users should always verify the presence of individuals independently when necessary.
5. Paid Features and Subscriptions
BlueTroop may offer optional paid plans (such as Pro or Extended features).
Payments are processed through:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play Store
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through the relevant app store account settings.
Refund policies are handled directly by the app store providers.
6. Hardware Products
BlueTroop tags may be sold separately through our website or authorized distributors.
Use of the App with hardware products is at your own responsibility. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation in all environments.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueTroop shall not be liable for:
- loss of persons in a group
- misuse of the application
- inaccurate Bluetooth detection
- device compatibility issues
- indirect or consequential damages
The App is intended as an assistance tool only.
Users remain responsible for supervising their groups.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights related to the BlueTroop application, including:
- software
- branding
- logos
- design
- documentation
are owned by BlueTroop.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App without permission.
9. Changes to the Service
We may update, modify, or discontinue certain features of the App at any time.
We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
Users may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from their device.
